Success fee · 15–20% annual salary

Sourcing & Shortlist

You run the process — we find the candidates. A qualified, pre-screened shortlist of French or German-speaking profiles matched to your brief.

Fixed fee · From €2,000 per mandate

Retained Partnership

For companies with recurring multilingual hiring needs. Monthly retainer with priority sourcing and reduced success fees. Ideal for EMEA hubs.
